Can I get coverage right now?
Open Enrollment for Marketplace health plans happens once a year, in the fall. Outside that window, you still have options in a lot of situations.
You had a life change
Losing other coverage, moving, getting married or having a baby can open a Special Enrollment Period, usually for 60 days.
You want dental or vision
Most standalone dental and vision plans can be bought any time of year.
You need a bridge
Some private plans can be bought year-round. They work differently from Marketplace plans and may not cover pre-existing conditions, so we go through the trade-offs first.
Your income is lower
Medicaid and CHIP accept applications all year. I can help you see whether you might qualify.
Eligibility depends on your situation and where you live. A quick conversation is the easiest way to find out which of these applies to you.
